We also collect technical data about audits you run, including the URLs you submit and the results of those audits. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the service.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the service, process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, audit notifications), and communicate product updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data retention
Audit results are retained according to your plan limits (7 days on Free, 30 days on Freelancer, 90 days on Agency, unlimited on Agency and Enterprise). Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting support@pagequalitychecker.com.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the service and optional analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences in your account settings.
5. Third-party services
We use Cashfree for payment processing, AWS for infrastructure. Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@pagequalitychecker.com. EU/EEA residents have additional rights under GDPR.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel. We conduct regular security reviews.
