1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Page Quality Checker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Page Quality Checker provides automated web page auditing. Results are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that acting on audit findings will result in any particular business outcome.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must not share your account with others unless on a plan that includes team seats.
4. Acceptable use
You may only audit URLs you own or have explicit permission to audit. You may not use the service to reverse-engineer competitor technology, scrape third-party data, or conduct security attacks against third-party websites.
5. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on your chosen cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
6. Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support@pagequalitychecker.com.
7. Intellectual property
Page Quality Checker and its underlying technology remain the property of WEBK3 TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. You retain ownership of URLs and content you submit for auditing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEBK3 TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
